WHAT IS THE PRICE CURRENCY?
All listed prices are based on GBP.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We ship to below countries:
Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, Spain, US.
If you couldn’t find your country above, please contact us by info@ten-stationery.com. We will check the delivery cost for you.
WHERE THE GOODS SHIPPED FROM?
We ship the goods from UK.
WHAT KIND OF SHIPPING METHOD YOU USE?
We use Royal Mail, EVRi and UPS.
WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST?
UK: £3.59 for all order.
Other countries: Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight and destination of the items in the order.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
UK delivery aim: 2-4 working days; Worldwide delivery aim: 7-21 working days, UPS delivery aim: 3-6 working days.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE PRODUCT WITH QUALITY PROBLEM?
We make every effort to product high quality products. However, in rare case that you receive faulty product, please email(service@ten-stationery.com) us with a photo showing the defect and we will arrange replacement or refund.
WHAT KIND OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Credit Card or PayPal. All information is transmitted securely through the official financial provider’s secured server.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT CHARGES
For shipments to countries outside the UK: Please be aware that customs and import duties may be applied to EU & International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. We have no control over these charges and we can't tell you what the cost would be, as they will vary from country to country. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel.
RETURNS
Items must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt of purchase to be eligible for a refund.
The item must still be in a re-saleable condition and package it properly.
We will be unable to refund the shipping costs.
Should you receive a damaged or incorrectly dispatched item, please inform us within 7 days of receipt, so we can advise you on the return of the item. Email info@ten-stationery.com.
Important: It is the sender's responsibility to ensure we receive the products back. We therefore recommend you send the goods recorded delivery with a tracking number. If the parcel goes missing we will be unable to exchange or refund your order. Return postage is at your expense.
